Interlacing fashion's tread into tech with elegance
I worked as the lead designer for Chanel's branding and web design, collaborating with a senior consultant. This commission was part of the brand activation for Chanel's internal corporate change management strategy in Hong Kong, shared across APAC teams.

Sector: Design, Tech, Fashion
Role: Illustration
Project time: 3 days
Project brief: Through a series of discussions with the marketing team, I understood that the team required a digital tool to: and provide live-updates on the IT infrastructure internally:
1. Report and collect data from various sources
2. Provide live-updates and emphasise alerts for priorities
3. Easily accessible and shared across team members and stakeholders
Deliverables:
• JPG files for design elements
• Slide deck
Solution: A PowerPoint slide deck hosted on the team's native sharepoint via Microsoft Teams to ensure steady and reliable collaboration

Designed on Figma, exported and adapted onto PowerPoint template

Potential roadblocks:
• Miscommunication due to gap in terms used in different disciplines and fields (marketing, change management vs design)
• Alignment across stakeholders from Ground to Director's level within SG and HK teams

Example of communication across team members on the desk, confidential information redacted accordingly*

What I provided:
Establishing scheduled calls to align art direction ahead of deadline, as well as clear memos on rationale for designs delivered and checking in after commission handover
Personal takeaway:
• Co-creating design, enabling non-designers at any level to add to the real-time board.
